We welcome alumni, brothers, but most importantly prospects, to this new chapter in the long storied life of the Texas Tau Mu Chapter of Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity, at the University of Texas Pan-American ( UTPA ). In a time of fundamental change, I invite you to be part of this collective effort, to shape and maintain the five ideals of our brotherhood: Fraternal, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, and Leaderhip.
